Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The game is operated by 北京克哩克科技有限公司, using the developer name CliCliPlay (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are responsible for the personal information we process in connection with the services described in this policy.

For privacy questions and requests, contact develop@clicliplay.com. This policy covers the Google Play version of the game and the official website. Services provided independently by Google or other third parties are also subject to their own privacy notices.

2. Information we process

The information processed depends on the features you use, your device, and the applicable SDK settings. Technical identifiers and diagnostic reports are not necessarily anonymous.

• Game data: game progress, save files, game settings, and records needed to maintain your progress. Data stored only on your device is not received by us merely because it exists locally. Cloud-save data is addressed separately below.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand game usage and improve the experience. Information can include app-instance or installation identifiers, game and device versions, operating system, language, sessions, gameplay events, engagement, and purchase events. Google processes network information, including IP addresses, and derives approximate location. The Android advertising identifier can also be collected when enabled and available under the SDK and device settings.
• Crash and error reports: we use Backtrace, a Sauce Labs service, to diagnose crashes and improve stability. Reports can include error messages, stack traces, diagnostic logs, timestamps, app and operating-system versions, device and hardware information, session or device-related identifiers, and crash context. Depending on the capture configuration, crash files can contain portions of application memory and information included in logs.
• Purchase information: when you purchase an unlock, we process the product identifier, purchase status, transaction or order reference, purchase token or receipt, and related entitlement information needed to verify, deliver, and restore the purchase. Payment credentials are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your full payment-card details through Google Play Billing.
• Support correspondence: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the game, maintain and restore progress, deliver purchases, provide support, understand gameplay, find and fix errors, improve performance, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested services, legitimate interests in operating and securing the game where permitted, compliance with law, and your consent where required. Where consent is necessary, it must be obtained before the relevant processing. Reading this policy or continuing to play does not by itself replace any required consent.

4. Cloud saves

5. Full-game unlock

The planned Google Play purchase model is a free trial followed by an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase to unlock the full game. When this purchase is available, the payment is processed through Google Play Billing. It is not a recurring subscription.

Google processes payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. We use the purchase information described above to verify the transaction, grant or restore the unlocked content, prevent fraud, and respond to purchase-related support requests. Deleting game data does not itself cancel or refund a Google Play transaction.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for the purposes described in this policy. Information is provided as necessary for those services and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. The relevant services include:

• Google / Firebase: usage analytics and related technical processing. Google Play also provides distribution and billing. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.
• Backtrace / Sauce Labs: error and crash reporting. Backtrace processes reports on behalf of developers under the applicable service and data-processing terms. See Backtrace Privacy Controls; Sauce Labs also publishes its Sauce Labs Privacy Policy for its own processing.
• Cloud-save provider: to be completed in the cloud-save section before publication.
• Website hosting and email providers: process network requests or correspondence as necessary to deliver the website and support emails.
• Other disclosures: we may disclose relevant information where required by law, to protect legal rights and the security of the game and its users, or as part of a business transfer with legally required safeguards and notice. Additional disclosures requiring consent will be made only with that consent.

7. Retention and storage

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested services, resolving support requests, protecting security, handling disputes, and meeting legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it no longer identifiable, subject to applicable backup and legal retention requirements.

Local game data remains on your device until removed through the game or your device settings. Uninstalling the game or clearing local storage does not necessarily delete previously uploaded data or backups. Cloud-save storage locations and retention details remain to be completed in Section 4.

Analytics and diagnostic data are subject to the retention settings in our Firebase and Backtrace projects. Purchase records may need to be retained to maintain your entitlement and meet legal obligations. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve and document your request. A deletion request will also be assessed against these purposes, and we will explain any applicable retention exception.

Our service providers may process information outside your country or region. Where cross-border transfer requirements apply, we will use the required legal safeguards. The specific cloud-save storage region has not yet been determined.

8. Your choices and deletion requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing develop@clicliplay.com. Use the subject “Cabeiri — Data Deletion” for deletion requests. You can request deletion of cloud saves and, where applicable, a related game account and data that can be linked to you.

Tell us which data you want deleted and provide only the information reasonably needed to locate it, such as your player or account identifier if one exists, the game version, and the platform you use. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent someone else from deleting your data. We handle requests manually and respond within the time required by applicable law.

We will delete relevant information within our control and, where applicable, instruct service providers to process the request. Some data may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims; if so, we will explain the reason and the applicable retention criteria. We may be unable to associate some technical records with you without a relevant identifier.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact us to exercise these rights.

You can manage device permissions and available advertising-identifier controls in Android settings. Deleting a game account does not delete your Google account or records Google must retain independently. Please use Google’s own controls for those records. Removing cloud or local saves may permanently remove your progress.

9. Protecting information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data and risks, including secure transmission, access restrictions, and limiting access to people who need it to operate and support the game. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

If you believe your information has been exposed or misused in connection with our game, contact develop@clicliplay.com so we can investigate.

10. Age requirements

Cabeiri is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. Where local law requires a higher age for independent consent or parental authorization for minors, those requirements also apply.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these requirements, contact develop@clicliplay.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

11. The official website

The current website stores your selected language locally in your browser so it can remember your preference. You can remove this preference by clearing the site’s browser data. The website does not currently embed Firebase, Backtrace, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising trackers; the game SDK disclosures above refer to the game.

To deliver a page, the hosting service processes technical request information such as your IP address, request time, and browser information. Any operational logs are used for delivery, reliability, and security and retained only as needed for those purposes.

The playtest button currently shows a “Coming Soon” message and does not collect registration information. Contact links open your email application; the website does not send an email automatically. When you follow an external link, the destination service’s privacy practices apply.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or data practices change. We will publish the updated version here with its date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. New data practices that require a separate notice or consent will not be authorized merely by changing this page.
